Beautification Program

Our beautification program is an effort dedicated to keeping Inland Empire neighborhoods clean, beautiful, and free from graffiti, illegal dumps, and litter. Through this program, we partner with many volunteers to visit under-resourced neighborhoods consistently every week to make an impact. Residents within San Bernardino can take pride in ensuring that their communities are beautiful year-round. Please donate your time and volunteer for yourself or a neighborhood that needs assistants today!

SNAP Enrollment Program
The Inland Empire Community Outreach Center is proud to launch our SNAP Enrollment Program to help families in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties access the food assistance they deserve. Many households in our community qualify for CalFresh (California’s SNAP program) but aren’t enrolled due to barriers like transportation, language, or awareness. This program provides hands-on support to ensure eligible families get connected to these vital benefits.

What to Expect:
• One-on-one assistance from trained outreach staff to complete SNAP applications
• Information booths at community events, food pantries, and resource fairs
• Support with eligibility screening, interviews, and enrollment paperwork
• Transportation and language assistance to remove barriers to access
• Friendly, professional staff ready to answer questions and guide families through the process
This program is designed to make enrollment easy, supportive, and stress-free, so families can focus on what matters most—putting nutritious meals on the table. By enrolling in SNAP, families gain long-term support for groceries and improved access to healthy foods.

ADULT EDUCATION

450,000 San Bernardino County adults over the age of 25 don’t have their high school diploma or the equivalency. Our Education Program assists adult students in successfully achieving their high school equivalency by providing a safe, supportive, and encouraging learning environment with the most qualified and attentive tutors, while enabling adults to pursue their educational goals and equipping them for greater financial potential. This is done through one-on-one tutoring, academic classes, and free testing.

DIGITAL LITERACY

The Inland Empire Community Outreach Center will like to lessen the gap in STEM education by introducing free technological skills and training to the community of San Bernardino for those who cannot afford modern technology. We believe if we invest early enough in our next generation they will take an early interest in science, technology, engineering and math. We invest in low income community to bring digital literacy to those who cannot afford STEM, digital literacy or to be constantly up to date with current technology.
